There are many different ways to be part of our work
Driven by relationships
Everything we do is rooted in relationships. We build strategic and personal relationships with the right people to get the right things done.
We work closely with mayors and elected officials, offering advice and connecting them to our vast network of experienced public safety officials and advocates.
If you are a mayor or elected official, you can join our network, explore our roadmaps to violence reduction, or contact us to learn more about our coaching and capacity building services.
We work closely with city officials who coordinate violence-reduction initiatives at the local level (who we call “City Leads”), providing coaching, co-learning opportunities, and connections to our network.
If you would like to be a City Lead, you can join our network, explore our roadmaps to violence prevention, or contact us to learn more about our Roadmap Academy and other coaching and capacity building programs.
We work directly with young people in our partner cities aged 18 to 24 who have been directly affected by violence and who are already active in their communities.
If you would like to get involved, you can join our network, apply for our annual Young Leader Fellowship, or join our quarterly Young Leader Congress remote discussions.
In our partner cities, we work directly with community-based organizations who are already having an impact on the ground.
If you would like to be a Community Partner, you can join our network, or contact us to learn about our Roadmap Academy and other coaching and capacity building programs.
Cities United is grateful to our generous sponsors, who help support our work and expand our impact and reach.
If you would like to help support our work, you can join our network, make an individual donation, or contact us to explore an ongoing relationship.
